Jeff has 5 years mold design experience and 11 years mold managing experience. He is proficient in SOLIDWORK, AutoCAD / engraving drawing software and office software. During the project management period, he has a lot of practical experience in the early stage of product drawing review, mold structure confirmation, on-site mold processing and processing cycle tracking, with good understanding of quality control and acceptance process of mould. He can also provide effective improvement measures for the conventional problems encountered in the process of product forming. Good at communicating interpersonal relationship between work allows him effectively and punctually finish the job.

Jimmy Xie

Design Manager

Jimmy has 15 years of experience in design and management of export plastic mold. He is familiar with plastic mold structure and the use of export mold accessories standards (such as DME, HASCO, Staubli, meusburger, Misumi, punch, etc.), and proficient in PROE, CAD software, UG software, CATIA, Photoshop, 3DMAX, and software rendering operation. He is also familiar with various mold structures, processing technology and injection molding production process, and be able to analyze the feasibility of injection defects of products and put forward excellent improvement plans. The designed plastic molds include all kinds of automobile products, electronic products, household appliances, medical products, toy products, etc. He has professional concept of pneumatic, mechanical transmission, mechanism design, etc, and a certain sensitivity to product market trends, and has rich experience in product color matching and material technology.

Charles Li

Project Engineer

Charles has 20 years years mold managing experience. He has mature and advanced mold project management concept and be able to design mold independently. And he is proficient in using mold design software and various office software and familiar with all kinds of machining process and manufacturing process of precision mould. With ability to organize, control, promote and deal with abnormal quality of mold project, he is good at communication, coordination and teaching.
